A complete service in one contract

When a loved one passes away, an entire home is often left to clear. It is both physically demanding and emotionally difficult. We help you through the whole process: we go through the belongings together to the level of detail we agree, set aside property to be kept and valuables, remove what is no longer needed and take care of responsible recycling.

You can order the full turnkey service or just the part you need help with. Our goal is that the home is finally empty, clean and ready for sale, rental or handover to the housing company.

Free assessment – also based on photos or video

We always start with a free assessment. You can choose whether we do the assessment on site or based on photos or video you send. This is convenient especially when you live elsewhere and cannot visit the home yourself.

Based on the assessment you receive a fixed, written quote. This way you know the price in advance and there are no surprises on the invoice. We clearly explain what the service includes and how the work proceeds.

Key pickup service – you don’t need to be present

Many people live far away or find it hard to be present at the clearance. That is why we offer a key pickup service: we collect the keys as agreed, carry out the clearance independently and return the keys to you or, for example, to the building manager. We keep you updated on progress.

Responsible recycling and donations

Not everything ends up in landfill. We sort the belongings carefully and direct usable items to reuse or charity. Recyclable material is delivered to the correct recycling points and hazardous waste is handled according to regulations.

When can an estate be cleared?
An estate can be cleared once all shareholders agree. Before clearing, it is good to make sure that property needed for the estate inventory (perunkirjoitus) and any valuables have been accounted for. The estate inventory must be completed within three months of the death. We are happy to help plan the timeline.
Can you clear only part of the home?
Yes. You can order the full clearance or just a part – for example certain rooms, the storage, or only the removal without cleaning. We tailor the service to your needs.
How quickly can you start?
We are flexible with scheduling. Often we can do the assessment within a few days, and the clearance itself is booked at a time that suits you – including evenings and weekends if needed.
What does the clearance cost?
The price is formed by the size of the home, the amount of belongings, the location and additional services such as end cleaning. You always get a fixed written quote based on the free assessment. See the price list.
